Annual General Meeting, 22nd February

The P&C is looking for enthusiastic and interested parents to take on committee positions for 2022.

While every position is up for re-election, several of our long-standing members are retiring and we need superstar parents to put their hands up!

Among the positions coming vacant are President, Vice President and Treasurer – we can’t run the P&C without people in these roles so we need you!

Over the next few weeks, we will be posting descriptions on our Facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/WembleyPandC) of some of the roles and responsibilities, and there is also a range of sub-committees looking for new members and fresh ideas.

Whether you have a lot of time or only a little bit of time, the P&C has options to suit everyone.

For information about P&C roles and subcommittees, please email pandcwembley@gmail.com

The AGM is scheduled for February 22, 2022 at 7.30pm.

Hungry Lion Canteen

Genna and the dedicated canteen team is gearing up for another busy year of making fresh, healthy lunches for our kids, but they can’t do it without parent help!

Volunteering in the canteen is a fantastic way to meet other parents, be involved in your child’s school life and help build our lovely Wembley PS community. And the kids get so excited to see you behind the counter at recess or lunch!

There are jobs to suit every skill and confidence level, from putting stickers on to lunch bags and packing orders, to flipping pikelets or basic food prep. All you need is enthusiasm!

All our volunteer shifts for the term are now loaded onto our convenient online sign-up page, so please pop your name down for times and days that suit. Sign up here: https://signup.com/go/BDkfgbR

We can’t wait to see you in the canteen!
